Realtors can purchase a Featured Historic Home listing. The single page feature will include up to 5 photographs of your listing, description and your name, agency and contact information. Maximum word count: 500. Links will be included to direct readers to your webpage or other point of contact.

Social Media Package
Marian Pierre-Louis will work with listing agents to best highlight your historic home listing. You will receive a Featured Historic Home listing and four additional posts that will highlight important aspects of the historic house. She will do a house walk-through with you to assess the features that would be most important to historic home buyers. Marian will write the content and take the photographs for the additional highlight posts.

Referral Agents
Marian will only work with trusted real estate agents with whom she has an established relationship. That said, take the opportunity to get to know Marian. If you have a genuine interest in historic houses and are not seeking to sell to developers with the intent to demolish then Marian would be pleased to get to know you and explore whether there is room to establish a working relationship. Give her a call and set an appointment to meet for coffee or to walk through one of your historic house listings. Referral listing agents automatically receive the social media package with a referral.
