While Marian is no longer a real estate agent (and therefore will not act as your agent) she can provide the following services:
For Home Buyers:
- Refer you to an excellent agent
- Refer you to service providers (home inspectors, etc) with historic house expertise
- Accompany you on historic house showing
- Provide basic historical information on the house(s) you intend to make an offer on
- Provide basic history of the local town(s) you are searching in
For Home Sellers:
- Refer you to an excellent agent
- Work with your agent to best highlight historical and architectural details of your house
- Feature your home on the Historic Metrowest Boston blog
Marian's service comes at no cost to home buyers or sellers. Marian will receive a small fee from the real estate agents for her services.
